Photos: 'Captain America' Stars Surprise Kids at Mass. General Hospital

Look at that little smile! And that beard.

Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie, superhero stars of Marvel's "Captain America" made a cameo appearance at the pediatric unit of Boston's Mass. General Hospital Tuesday.

The actors play characters Captain America and Falcon in the movie franchise, and arrived at MGH Tuesday to meet dozens of patients, as well as posing for pictures and signing autographs, according to the hospital.

No, they're not in costume, but they still brought a big smile to at least one little face. We have the photos provided by MGH below.
