BOSTON - Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll, who served four terms as Mayor of Salem, is one of nine women receiving a 2025 Pinnacle Award for excellence in leadership from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

"Leave people feeling good about what they're doing," Driscoll said. "And having a culture of continuously looking to improve."

That's partly how Driscoll defines success. She says it's also about leaving a place better than you found it and asking, how can we improve? "We're not resting. We're not settling on laurels. We're looking to get better," she explained.
