Police Seek Public's Help After Shots Fired Near Moon Villa Restaurant

Seen this man? Boston Police would like a word.

Boston Police are seeking the public's help identifying a person of interested connected to a shooting in the area of Moon Villa Restaurant in Boston's Chinatown neighborhood earlier this year.

Per police:

At about 2:55 AM on August 22, 2016, officers from District A-1 (Downtown) responded to a call for shots fired in the area of 19 Edinboro Street (Moon Villa Restaurant).
Upon arrival, officers spoke with witnesses and canvassed the area for victims and evidence. Officers recovered ballistic evidence and video surveillance footage of an altercation, and detectives are now requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the above pictured person of interest. This information is requested for investigative purposes only, and this person is NOT wanted at this time.
The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call District A-1 Detectives at (617) 343-4248.

The Boston Police Department will stringently guard and protect the identities of those who wish to help this investigation anonymously.
