Second Suspect Charged in Murder of Blanca Lainez
The 19-year-old was found in an East Boston garage this June.

BOSTON, MA — Boston Police made a second arrest Friday in the death of Blanca Lainez, the 19-year-old found dead in an East Boston garage this June.
Last month, police arrested the first suspect, an East Boston 16-year-old, who was subsequently charged with murder. Friday morning, the Boston Police Department reports it took 21-year-old Angel Antonio Ramos-Oliva, also of East Boston, into custody without incident on Saratoga Street.
The Suffolk County District Attorney's office said Ramos-Oliva was apprehended based on evidence from surveillance video and fingerprint analysis. His fellow defendant, Jose Hernandez, remains held without bail.
