Boston, MA - A stalled redevelopment project gets a public hearing Monday, as developers showcase six competing ideas to redevelop a defunct parking deck in Winthrop Square.

The vacant, four-story garage at 115 Federal Street was condemned in 2013. By 2015, eight developers were vying to build a massive tower on the site. However, the redevelopment has since been mired in political back-and-forth

The BRA put out a formal Request for Proposals March 9. Take a look at the responses above. The six developers will present their proposals and answer questions Monday at 6:30 p.m. inside Faneuil Hall.

According its RFP, the Redevelopment Authority is seeking "a bold design that is emblematic of the future of Boston's downtown."
