Rowell Street Fire Displaces 13; 1 Firefighter Injured
The fire was reported Friday morning, and caused an estimated $100,000 in damage.

BOSTON, MA — Firefighters were on-scene before breakfast time Friday morning, responding to a three-story home burning on Rowell Street.
According to Boston Fire, responders arrived at 7 Rowell St. just before 8 a.m. for a fire reported in the basement and already extended up to the first floor.
Within an hour, the basement fire had been put out, and firefighters were sweeping the building.

No residents were hurt, but one firefighter reportedly sustained a minor injury and was taken to the hospital.
According to the fire department, 13 people were displaced by the fire, and the owner is property owner is finding them temporary housing. The initial damage estimate from fire officials was $100,000.
