Weather Service: Severe Thunderstorm Warning In South East MA
The National Weather Service just issued a severe thunderstorm warning for parts of MA and RI.

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for areas of south east Massachusetts and parts of Rhode Island until 5:30 p.m.
Storms over Medfield were moving south east at 35 miles per hour around noon, and then pushed on through Bridgewater, causing multiple reports of wind damage, according to the weather service. The Massachusetts counties most likely to get hit, include Bristol, Norfolk and southern Middlesex and Plymouth, according to the weather service.

By 5 p.m. the storm was moving toward the Cape and the Islands, including Nantucket Sound, Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound.
Watch out for wind gusts of up to 60 miles per hour and hail the size of quarters.

Tonight the weather service calls for scattered thunderstorms before 7 p.m., then isolated showers and thunderstorms between until 8 p.m. And then partly cloudy, with a low around 64.
