Braintree Day 2025: What To Know Ahead Of Weekend Event
Here's when the parade kicks off, what streets to avoid if you're on the road, and when to head over to the fireworks display.
BRAINTREE, MA — Braintree's annual July 4 celebration, Braintree Day, is scheduled for this Saturday.
Festivities start with the annual parade, and will also include food trucks and more.
The parade begins at 11:45 a.m. and departs from the Braintree RMV before heading north and ending at the Hollis School.

During the parade, vehicle travel on Washington Street from Plain St. to Hollis School will be closed shortly after 11 AM and until 2 PM. There will also be no on-street parking.

At 4 p.m., the celebration and fireworks display begin at Braintree High School.
Nearly 20 food trucks have committed as vendors and live music will play from 4 to 8:30 p.m. Also at the event will be a petting zoo, inflatable obstacle courses and more.
The fireworks display begins at 9:30 p.m.
