Canavan, 24, was arrested April 13 and charged with open and gross lewdness. He was arraigned in Quincy District Court Tuesday, <a href="http://www.patriotledger.com/news/20180419/braintree-man-charged-with-exposing-himself-near-quincy-school" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Patriot Ledger.</a> Police received a report of a man on Narragansett Road who was in front of a home with his pants down and genitals exposed. The home is about a third of a mile from Merrymount Elementary School.Offers found Canavan fully clothed on the road, but he matched the description of the man given by the witness.
