Braintree Rolls Out New Community Alert System

Town alert systems can notify residents of trash and recycling updates, water or sewer alerts, emergencies and more. What to know.

BRAINTREE, MA — The Town of Braintree will begin to use CivicPlus®Mass Notification system to send emergency and routine alerts and notifications. (Please note – this is a new system. Residents must sign up to get alerts. Previous registration will not transfer to the new system.)

Residents can register to receive alerts via phone calls, text messages, and/or email. To register, please visit https://braintreema.gov/1249/Alerts-Notifications or if you wish subscribe to text messages only, text BraintreeMA to 38276.
