Braintree's Annual Kids' Day Returns Monday

BRAINTREE, MA — Weather may be able to postpone Braintree's annual Kids' Day event, but it can't stop it entirely.

The now annual event will return to Braintree on Monday, hosted by the town's Recreation Department from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at French's Common.

This event is free to the public and includes games, bounce houses, a free cookout lunch and ice cream.

For the second year in a row Kids’ Day will begin with a sensory-friendly hour. While all games and activities will be up and running there will be no music or announcements made until 11 a.m., officials said.
