Braintree's Widowmaker Brewing Celebrates 7 Years

BRAINTREE, MA — It's been seven years since Widowmaker Brewing opened its doors in Braintree, with expansion, good beer and music defining the march toward a decade on for the local brewers.

Widowmaker announced it would celebrate the anniversary with beer releases, guest taps at the beer garden locations and events throughout the week, including music and wrestling.

A ticketed dinner with Dotty's, of Quincy, is scheduled for Tuesday that features a curated beer menu. A concert is scheduled for Friday in Braintree with Scattered Remnants, Torn In Hall, Commuted Death and others.

Focus Pro Wrestling comes to Widowmaker on Saturday and a "Baked Sale" vendor market is on the docket for Sunday.

Saturday also marks the official anniversary party which starts at noon with music, giveaways, beer releases and food from Bonetown Burgers.
