New Restaurant Serves Central Texas BBQ At This MA Mall

BRAINTREE, MA — It's not often you can find top-quality food in a shopping mall, let alone a restaurant that requires the type of time commitment and setup that it takes to claim the tagline of Central Texas style barbecue.

And yet, Noah's BBQ has opened at South Shore Plaza, in Braintree, claiming to be just that.

As any good barbecue restaurant will do, hours of operation for Noah's are 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., or until they sell out.

The restaurant hosted a grand opening in mid-September, and its menu boasts items like brisket, homemade sausage, ribs and pulled pork.

Though Noah's is a new idea, residents of the state could be familiar with its sister restaurants, Birdies Hot Chicken.

That brand has locations focused on Nashville Hot Chicken in Brockton, Westwood, Boston, New Bedford and, according to the restaurant's Instagram page, soon to be Providence.
