Monday, Oct. 7, 2013 34 Brewster Ave. 1:17 a.m. Breaking and entering.  Gennaro A. Pirone, 40 of Dorchester, Thien Ngoc Nguyen, 34 of Dorchester, and My Viet Tran, 31 of Waltham, were each charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, breaking and entering in a truck for a felony, and receiving stolen property over $250.
