BRAINTREE, MA — A tractor-trailer crash shut down Pearl Street Wednesday morning.Pictures from the scene show the truck on its side at the train bridge. A police investigation revealed that the driver didn't have his dumpster boom down, which struck the bridge and caused the rollover.
