The person's identity has not been released. "We want to thank our community for your patience and assistance," police said in a statement. Officers responded to a report of an assault around 8:40 p.m. Thursday at 855 Comm Ave and found a person injured from an apparent stab wound, police said. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was described as a 35-year-old Asian woman who is about 5 feet 5 inches tall with a slim build and shoulder-length black hair. Police said she fled the scene following the incident.No further information is available at this time.
