Brookline Man Charged with Possession of a Crack Pipe
The following information was supplied by the Brookline Police Department.

Brookline Police responded to a report of an argument in the area of 1880 Beacon Street at about 9:51 p.m. on June 6.
The caller told police that two men in dark clothes were arguing on the street and it sounded like they were fighting. While they were on their way, police were rerouted for a disturbance on Kilsyth Road, some two blocks away.
Officers headed in that direction and found two men who matched the description on the corner of Corey and Cummings Road.

The first suspect told police that he and his brother were walking back from Cleveland Circle and they began to argue and push each other. According to police, the man said that he needed to teach his younger brother some manners. He said that the two never hit one another and that it was more horseplay than physical.
The officers reported that the two men appeared intoxicated and agitated.

Officers frisked the two men and found a homemade crack pipe made from a ratchet and a liter of Cossack Vodka on one of them.
Jesse Christensen, 23, of 36 Orchard Street was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B substance.
