BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is looking to identify a person it believes was involved in a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and misuse of a credit card on Wednesday, Dec. 18.The man was caught on surveillance footage wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt as well as a vest. Police believe him to be either African-American or Hispanic and be between 20 and 30 years old. Purchases with the stolen credit card were made in the vicinity of Downtown Crossing.Community members with relevant information are being asked to contact the department's detectives at 617-730-2613.
