Brookline Police Looking For Person Possibly Connected To Porch Theft

An iPhone was stolen off the front porch of a home recently.

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department has released surveillance footage and images of a person it believes was involved in a package theft on Friday, Jan. 31.

FedEx delivered an iPhone to the Chestnut Hill Avenue home .According to the homeowner, the package contained an iPhone valued at more than $1,200. Approximately 40 minutes later, the man was captured taking the package from the front door of the residence.
He is described as being Asian, between 40 and 50 years of age with black and gray hair. He is seen wearing a blue jacket and black square-rimmed glasses.

Community members with relevant information can contact the department at 617-730-2122. The department emphasized the man is not wanted at this time.
