Chestnut Hill Realty Claims Four Awards From Apartment Association
Four individuals of various skills and backgrounds were recognized for their work with the company.

BROOKLINE, MA — Four Chestnut Hill Realty staff members were recognized by the Massachusetts Apartment Association with Professional Achievement Awards.
John DeMunda, Jefferson Saldivar, Nicole Zambruski, and Corey True were all given distinct honors for their work with the company at the 2024 MAA President’s and Achievement Awards ceremony earlier this month. The awards are described as a way to recognize those who make significant contributions to the multifamily housing industry.
DeMunda has worked at CHR for more than a decade as both an Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager for apartment communities in Brighton, Cambridge, and Norwood. Salvidar is a service technician who was chosen as Apartment Maintenance Technician of the Year. Zambruski was named Leasing Professional of the Year for her work as Resident Services Professional at Hancock Village. True received the Assistant Apartment Manager of the Year award
in recognition of her 14 years as an Assistant Property Manager at Village Green in Plainville.
