A large crane hit a ledge on Rockwood Street and Goddard Avenue. Initial reports indicated that at least 50 gallons of vegetable based hydraulic fluid leaked out onto the street, making the roads hazardously slick. The near-by roads are closed while emergency responders clean up the grease.
"This is not being treated as a HazMat situation, but drivers should avoid the Goddard Avenue area," Lt. Phil Harrington said.
