Your holds are still available to you any time during regular library hours, no appointment necessary. Here’s how it works:
- Reserve materials yourself through our online catalog or call 617-730-2370 ext. 3 for assistance from a librarian.
- Wait for email confirmation that your items are ready for pick-up, then come to the Library. All patrons over 2 years of age must wear a mask or face covering over their nose and mouth, regardless of vaccination or testing status.
- Tell your name to the staff member at the doors.
- Staff will retrieve your materials off our holds shelf and check them out for you.
If you’re homebound or unable to wear a mask, contact Mutual Aid Brookline to pick up your library materials for you.
