BCAT's FREE After School Program For Middle-School Students
Video Voyagers Returns Wednesday September 24th

Video Voyagers, Burlington Cable Access Television (BCAT)'s free-after school video program for middle school students is returning for the new school year.
Video Voyagers is for students in 6th thru 8th grades and is starting up for the school year on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Video Voyagers meets every Wednesday from 3pm to 5pm and middle schoolers can jump in at anytime! The BCAT studio entrance is located in the back of Burlington High School.
Participants learn proper use of BCAT’s video equipment, in-studio and on location while getting experience in video production basics. Video Voyagers encourages participants to develop their own ideas and teaches them how to bring those ideas to life through video production. The videos are shot over the course of the school semester and edited into a television program for broadcast on BCAT and BCAT’s social media outlets. Participants work both behind and in front of the camera, taking turns as director, camera operator, talent, lighting and all around crew. Regular support is given to all participants with a particular interest in any aspects of video production.
BCAT is located at Burlington High School 123 Cambridge St., Burlington, MA 01803 (entrance is located in the back of the school). Visit the BCAT website for registration and more information, or email flaherty@bcattv.org
