Burlington Bakery, Cafe Makes National Top 10 List

BURLINGTON, MA — A Burlington cafe has made USA Today's 10Best list of the best gluten-free bakeries in the country. Twist Bakery & Cafe in Burlington made the cut at No. 4.

Here's what USA Today had to say about the establishment: "Twist Bakery & Cafe goes beyond gluten-free sweets —like their beloved lemon squares, cakes, and brownies — and offers savory items such as sandwiches and quesadillas. Note that the menu changes with the seasons."

Leading the list was Unrefined Bakery, which has multiple locations in Texas.

Twist Bakery & Cafe is located at 62 Second Ave. The cafe also has another location in the state in Millis.

The establishment wrote on its website that it "accommodates all of the top nine food allergens while at the same time, creating food the whole family craves."

Twist offers bakery items like cinnamon rolls and apple cider doughnut muffins. The restaurant also has a full breakfast menu as well as sandwiches, wraps, salads, and more.

The cafe has a 4.4-star rating on 479 Google reviews.
