Burlington-DTC Meets August 28th, All Are Welcome!

Generosity towards our Neighbors & Friends as we work together for the common good!

Hello Burlington Democratic Town Committee Members & Friends!

You are cordially invited to attend the Burlington DTC meeting, August 28th @ 7pm, Second Floor Meeting Room at the Grandview Farms located at 55 Center Street, Burlington, MA, although our meetings are free & open to the public, we ask you RSVP via email: burlingtonmadtc@gmail.com.

We are expecting a huge turnout to meet & hear our speakers but before presenting the guest list allow us to introduce, Sarah Lukowski, our newly elected Affirmative Action officer. ~Alex Bausch from the MassDems Party for the HarrisWalz campaign will share updates on this historic presidential election with details & links to sign up to canvas in Manchester & Nashua in addition to the ongoing NH Phone Banking scheduled on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays.

~Most of you know Sally Willard, the DTC is greatly appreciative for her efforts to strategically jump start our Post-Card project!

~We're incredibly proud to introduce Kaveesh Pathak, one of the youngest members of the MA State Committee! Earlier this month Pathak was selected to serve as a member of the Electoral College from Massachusetts, representing the Indian American, South Asian, and AANHPI communities. The process and the field of electors to say it is competitive, is an understate...come hear how Pathak is one of the 11 electors. A role-model & an inspiration for all ages!

~Brennan Spencer of Mental Health Options will discuss Question 4. The Limited Legalization and Regulation of Certain Natural Psychedelic Substances. Voters can bring HOPE to Veterans suffering with PTSD, patients experiencing end-of-life anxiety & patients who deserve compassion with safe, regulated - therapeutic natural psychedelic-assisted therapy for adults 21 and older.

~Approximately at 8:30PM you will have opportunity to hear from Jennifer Baker Jones, Chair of Woburn Democratic City Committee and & Delegate to the Democratic National Convention all about the Windy City Chicago!
