Burlington Police Arrest Two for Breaking and Entering
The suspects are now under investigation for several house breaks in Burlington and in other communities, including Westford.

BURLINGTON, MA – Two men were arraigned on Monday in Woburn District Court in connection with allegedly breaking into a Town Line Road home last week.
Peter Carter, 31, and Philip Carter, 33, both of Chelmsford, were arrested for breaking and entering during the daytime (placing a person in fear)

On Friday, Jan. 8, at noontime, Burlington Police responded to a residence after a woman called saying that she returned home and encountered a man inside the house. The suspect got into a vehicle/ There was another man in the vehicle, and the pair fled.
“Thanks to the hard work of Burlington Police, and for assistance from Chelmsford Police, we were able to arrest these suspects without incident,” said Burlington Police Chief Michael Kent.

Chief Kent also recognized the work of Westford Police detectives, who worked on the case.
The suspects are now under investigation for several house breaks in Burlington and in other communities, including Westford.
These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
