Looking for work-life balance? How about a sign-on bonus?

For people looking for that elusive work-life balance, check out The Edinburg Center’s Munch & Meet virtual job fairs every Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Edinburg Center is a Bedford-based human services agency that supports thousands of people living with mental health and cognitive disabilities.
"Just being able to end a day and say, 'I helped somebody today' is a great feeling,” said Joan Sullivan, an Edinburg Recovery Coordinator. “When you meet the people we support you couldn’t possibly not want to work here."
The Edinburg Center is looking to fill entry-level to master’s positions. Nurses who may feel burnt out in a hospital setting, explore Edinburg’s flexible schedule in office- and community-based settings. You’ll appreciate Edinburg’s welcoming, diverse and supportive work environment, along with its opportunities for advancement.

“I quickly realized that Edinburg is a place where you can grow, it’s constantly a conversation. As a newbie, that was so attractive to me. I needed more training and more opportunities, and that’s what I got,” said social worker Joanne McKenna, who started at Edinburg as an intern and is now VP of Adult Community Clinical Services and Intensive Community Support.
