John Pagliuca, Of Burlington's N-Able, Inc., Named A Top CEO

Pagliuca leads the software company and was ranked No. 98 on a list of Best Company CEOs by the workplace culture website Comparably.

BURLINGTON, MA — John Pagliuca, CEO of Burlington-headquartered global software company N-able, has been recognized as one of the 100 best large-company CEOs by Comparably, a leading workplace culture website.

Pagliuca and N-able ranked No. 98 on the recently-published list, which was determined based on anonymous feedback from employees over the past 12 months.

This was the sixth-annual Best Company CEO's list compiled by Comparably and N-able was rated alongside companies with 500 employees or more.

On Comparably's page devoted to Pagliuca and N-able, the CEO received an 89 out of 100 score, which placed him in the top 5 percent of CEOs of similar-size companies and the top 5 percent of CEOs of Boston-area companies.

According to Pagliuca's biography, he joined N-able when it acquired LOGICNow, a company for which Pagliuca served as chief financial officer.

Prior to working for LOGICNow, Pagliuca was the vice president of finance and operations at GFI Software. Before that, he was the vice president of finance for Airvana, a leading mobile data software company.

Comparably noted that, based on the employee feedback, Pagliuca is highly regarded by the Customer Support Department, Operations and Product Department at N-able.

According to N-able, which is located at 30 Corporate Drive Suite 400 in Burlington, the company fuels IT services providers with powerful software solutions to monitor, manage and secure their customers' systems, data and networks.

Previously, N-able has been recognized by Comparably in other categories including: Best Companies for Women in 2021, and Happiest Employees, Best Company Compensation and Best Company Work-Life Balance this past fall.
