4:13 a.m. - Report of a mulch fire in the area of Nordstrom, 75 Middlesex Turnpike.
4:53 a.m. - Person reporting a homeless man sleeping in front of the doorway of Barnes & Noble, 98 Middlesex Turnpike, to be removed. The subject was known to officers was moved along

8:35 a.m. - Several calls reporting truck coming off Rte. 128S going onto Mall Road took wires down in area. Cable wire was moved off to the side and traffic is moving, Verizon notified.
10 a.m. - Report of an attempted real estate scam. Reporting party suffered no loss but wanted to make public aware of incident. Suspect attempted to bilk $1,200 from individual.

12:32 p.m. - Party from Princeton Road called to report suspicious activity over the weekend, possibly a BB shot through a window.
2:27 p.m. - Sears security (75 Middlesex Turnpike) reports receiving calls stating a dog has been in vehicle for the past hour between poles 24 and 28. Dog checked out OK.
2:33 p.m. - Report of contractor possibly dumping down catch basin in the area of 6 Jessica Drive. Board of Health, Engineering Dept notified. Highway notified. Situation was handled by town agencies. Board of Health gave warning to contractor.
4:13 p.m. - Multiple calls for motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle in the area of Bedford Street at Network Drive. Caller states the driver of the motorcycle is on the ground and looks injured. Male party riding the motorcycle was transported to Lahey Hospital.
6:39 p.m. - Caller from Burlington Mall reports past theft of credit cards.
11:42 p.m. - : Caller reports a large group of youths hanging around the area of Palomar Medical Technologies, Inc., 15 Network Drive and states that they are drinking alcohol. Group was gone when police arrived.
