Police logs: Items Stolen From Vehicle, Two Summonsed for Bad Checks
Burlington Police Department logs for May 7 to 8.

Following are excerpts from the Burlington Police Department log. Note that this is a sampling of activity in the log, not a complete account. We report all arrests included in the daily police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
May 7
- At 10:10 a.m. a manager at the Hess station that on May 1 a male party who claimed to have no money was given $10 in gas on the condition he return to pay. He did not return and now is not answering his phone.
- At 12:53 p.m. a Winn Street caller reported a past theft. The caller said a management company stole items and damaged the inside of the home as the house is being foreclosed. The bank, Bank of America, hired Bac Field Services Corp. to winterize and maintain the home during the process. The homeowner said that when he went to clean out his belonging he found that several items, including furniture, silverware and glassware, were missing.
- At 4:14 p.m. a Baron Park Lane caller reported his daughter fell out of a second floor window. The fire department responded the the female was transported to Winchester Hospital.
- At 5:16 p.m. a Nordstrom employee reported credit card fraud. Nordstrom loss prevention said the fraud occurred on April 18.
- At 6:08 p.m. a Baron Park Lane caller reported items were stolen out of a company van sometime during the night. Caller said the rear door was unlocked and three fishing pols and a black bag full of fishing gear were stolen sometime between midnight and 8:30 p.m.
- At 7:14 p.m. a caller said she left a $475 dress in a room at the Marriott Hotel and when she called employees couldn't find it.
May 8

- At midnight a Legal Seafoods employee said she found her car was keyed after she left work.
- At 10:27 a.m. police issued summons to a Boston woman and a Rockland man on charges of larceny over $250. Summons issued following a report of bad checks passed at Electric Supply Company.
- At 6:22 p.m. emergency responders responded to a multiple motor vehicle accident on Route 3 at the Route 128 ramp. Two people transported to Lahey Clinic.
- At 6:41 p.m. a caller at H Mart reported a hit and run accident on their vehicle. Police advised caller on reporting procedure.
- At 8:34 p.m. police issued a summons to a Chelsea man on a report of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations and failure to wear a seat belt.
