Police Logs: Woman Arrested for OUI, Employee Locked in Store
Burlington Police Department logs for May 16 to 17.

Following are excerpts from the Burlington Police Department log. Note that this is a sampling of activity in the log, not a complete account. We report all arrests included in the daily police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
May 16
- At 3:04 a.m. police arrested Marina R. Fabrizio, 36, of 90 Locust Street, Burlington, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Arrest made after police pulled over a vehicle with heavy front end damage.
- At 6:01 a.m. a Pearl Street caller reported a window in their motor vehicle was smashed with a rock.
- At 9:21 a.m. a caller at Lahey Clinic reported their windshield was smashed while she was driving on Mall Road. Caller said while she was driving she heard something strike her front window and shortly after her window shattered.
- At 2:28 p.m. a caller at Burlington High School reported that her vehicle was struck by another vehicle while she was exiting the student parking lot.
- At 7:03 p.m. a Woodcrest Avenue caller reported she was threatened the night before by her sister-in-law. Police advised all parties.
- At 9:10 p.m. police issued a summons to a Lowell woman on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise (3rd offense). Police also arrested a Lowell man on a warrant from another agency. Summons issued and arrest made following a shoplifting complaint by Lord & Taylor.
- At 11:33 p.m. an employee at Macy's reported she was locked inside the store. Mall security showed up and let her out.
May 17

- At 1:37 a.m. a Terrace Hall Avenue caller reported her neighbor across the street was revving his truck engine and that this is an ongoing issue. Police spoke to neighbor and he agreed to stop for the night.
- At 9:39 a.m. a caller from Spinali Joseph DMD reported a past break to a second floor office.
- At 12:48 p.m. a caller at Nuance Communications reported that three hard drives were removed from computers and stolen the night before. Caller said hard drives are not of value and won't work without the right software.
- At 2:22 p.m. a caller at the Burlington Mall reported her vehicle was keyed while parked. There was a key mark along the length of the driver's side door.
- At 10:26 p.m. a Baron Park Lane caller reported receiving threatening text messages. Incident under investigation.
