Tuesday, Feb. 9

2:10 a.m. - Caller reports a man driving blue Jeep Cherokee unknown license plate, caused disturbance inside the Marriott Hotel, 1 Mall Road and then left, unknown direction of travel. Units checked the area, vehicle was GOA. Woburn Police notified.

10:24 a.m. - A motor vehicle stop in the area of Pure Hockey, 240 Middlesex Turnpike led to a Jamaica Plain man facing charges of driving with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, window obstructed/non transparent number plate violation.

12:21 p.m. - Police issued a criminal citation following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Dunkin Donuts, 240 Middlesex Turnpike. A 25-year-old Lowell woman was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

2:33 p.m. - Reports of a raccoon on the street on Sunset Drive. The animal was put down.

3:20 p.m. - Sears Loss Prevention reports a foot pursuit with a shoplifter described as a black male, 175 lb, wearing jeans. An arrest was made. Khari T. Calhoun, 23, of Hartford, CT charged with larceny over $250, disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer and assault and battery resisting arrest.

5:29 p.m. - Caller reports a phone scam. Person on phone was asking if homeowner had an alarm system or not, they were updating their records. Caller requested the scam be logged.

6:26 p.m. - Caller reports cell phone stolen from locker room at Burlington High School.

7:34 p.m. - Nordstrom Loss Prevention reports an employee has been detained for theft. Andy Phongsavanh of Lowell, 28, charged with two warrant arrests (other agency) and larceny over $250.
