Zumba, Karate, Boxing, More Planned At Burlington Fitness Festival
The Burlington Parks and Recreation Department is organizing the fitness festival this weekend.
BURLINGTON, MA — Exercises from karate, to boxing, to Zumba, to yoga will come to the Burlington Town Common on Saturday in the form of a planned Burlington Fitness Festival.
The event will run on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Organized by the Burlington Parks and Recreation Department, the festival will divide the common into four quadrants of fitness workouts and gym displays, as noted in a town announcement on Wednesday.

Classes will include the following exercise disciplines:
- Total Body HIIT
- Yoga
- Zumba Gold
- Zumba
- Karate
- Boxing
- Stride
“The festival is all about promoting health, fitness, family, and community involvement,” the town said in its announcement this week.
