4. Yard sale signup: Charlestown nonprofit Trinity Recovery for Women’s townwide yard sale has been rescheduled for June 1, which means there is more time to register your sale. To register, print and fill out the form on the Trinity website.

5. Yard waste collection: The City of Boston has begun spring leaf collection. Residents can place leaf and yard waste in large paper leaf bags or open barrels marked “yard waste,” to be collected on their usual recycling day. No plastic bags will be collected. Collection will continue through May 24. Get a free yard waste sticker and learn more about yard waste collection by calling 617-635-4500 or visiting cityofboston.gov/recycle.
