CNC To Hold Abutter Meeting on 20 Concord St. Project

The Charlestown Neighborhood Council will be hosting an abutter meeting on Thursday, March 7 at 7 p.m. at 100 Ferrin Street Senior Center Community Room, to discuss the proposed redevelopment of 20 Concord St.

The applicant has applied for a zoning variance for the project and the CNC is hosting a meeting to provide an opportunity for the abutters and developer to discuss the proposed project in advance of the Zoning Board of Appeal hearing scheduled for this project.

The project involves the renovation of an existing single-family home and the addition of a second dwelling in the rear yard area, according to CNC member Mark Rosenshein.

Any resident of Charlestown interested in discussing the proposed project details is welcome to attend and participate in the dialogue.
