Sinead Whitney Oliver of Charlestown graduated with a degree in International Business—BBA from James Madison University during the May 4, 2013 commencement exercises.
Oliver was among 3,600 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
James Madison University is a comprehensive university that is part of the statewide system of public higher education in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is the only university in America named for President James Madison.
