Renovation Project Would Add 9 Units on Warren Street

The Boston Zoning Board of Appeal will hold a public hearing on a request concerning a property at 34-42 Warren St., Charlestown on Tuesday, March 12. The hearing will be held at 9:30 a.m. in Boston City Hall's Room 801.

Applicant Nova Partners LLC is looking to change the legal occupancy of the buildings at this location from a garage, storage of construction equipment and sale of used motor vehicles and offices to nine residential units, offices, retail and a parking garage. Plans call for the construction of a two-story addition to the building and renovations.

Anyone who wishes to express an opinion about the proposal, either in favor or in opposition, should submit their comments along with their full name and address to: Board of Appeal, 1010 Massachusetts Ave., Fourth Floor, Boston, MA 02118. Be sure to note that the comments are in regard to "34-42 Warren St., Ward 2."
