Summer Concerts at Charlestown's City Square Park

Spring is here and summer is just around the corner. It's a perfect time to enjoy the longer days of light and the warm breezes of late day. And there is music in the air!

Bring a picnic with family and friends, and listen to the music during City Square Park's Summer Concert Series.

All three concerts will be held on Wednesdays from 5:30-7 p.m. with rain date the following day, Thursday. Join Charlestown neighbors on June 19, featuring the Dirty Water Band for a taste of New Orleans Jazz.

On July 17, meet new friends while listening to Irie Roots; reggae could not be more summer.

And on August 21, all can rock 'n roll to the music of the Hubcaps, who will be playing some favorite oldies.

City Square Park is a beautiful, special place where we can gather to share music and art, enjoy the wondrous lights on trees during the holidays, or choose to be alone with nature in whatever weather. It is truly an urban gem.
