The mission of FAITH is to educate the public on the extent of opioid abuse in our community and to provide the tools to combat the problem, understanding that it will take a joint effort by first responders, health care officials, school administrators, the court system, the recovery community, Boston neighborhoods and elected officials.
The program is inspired by the successful H.E.A.T., Heroin Education Awareness Task Force, program initiated at the Woburn District Court.
