Charlestown Historical Society to Highlight City Square's Evolution

Find out what has been located in the area over the last several centuries.

Charlestown history buffs will have the chance to learn about City Square’s evolution over the last few centuries.

Currently comprising a court house, commercial space and local businesses, City Square original was home to the first City Hall for new colonies, according to the Charlestown Historical Society.

The upcoming presentation will highlight the area’s transitions from the early 1600s to the present date.

The event will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 28 from 7-8 p.m. at the Bunker Hill Museum. The talk is free and open to the public and will be held in the building’s Education Room on the lower level.
