Charlestown Nursery School, CHaD to Host Parent Lecture This Month

The lecture will be led by Vicki Hoefle, author of the book "Duck Tape Parenting."

The Charlestown Nursery School and Charlestown Against Drugs (CHAD) will sponsor a lecture next week that aims to help parents with a “less is more approach” to parenting.

The lecture will be led by Vicki Hoefle, creator of “Parenting On Track” workshops and author of the book “Duck Tape Parenting,” and will specifically focus on providing parents with strategies to raise resilient and respectful children from young ages to teenage years.

The lecture, which is free of charge and open to all parents, will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15 at Bunker Hill Community College, A300.

Those who wish to attend are encouraged to RSVP at vickihoefle.com/charlestown. (Registration is not required but is recommended).
