Considering a Cleanse? There's a Seminar for That

1. The Charlestown Women's Recovery Initiative is wrapping up its first phase of planning this weekend with a and a . As many of you know, the group got organized at the start of the year, trying to and families affected by substance abuse. Over the last six months, organizers have hosted public meetings and collected info from residents and experts. What's next? A report summarizing their findings. 2. It's an excellent time of year to detox. If you're interested in giving it a shot, local holistic health professional Shawna Pelton is on how to get started tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Charlestown Yoga.
