Danny Glover at Bunker Hill CC in Portrayal of Hughes and King

• Bunker Hill Community College will host critically acclaimed actors Danny Glover ("The Color Purple" and the "Lethal Weapon" series) and Felix Justice as they illuminate the worlds of the famed orator and activist, Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., and the celebrated poet and novelist, Langston Hughes tonight at 6 p.m. The evening begins with Justice’s powerful portrayal of Dr. King through the words of his most memorable speeches. Glover will then bring to life the writing and poetry of Langston Hughes. 

• Every Tuesday, join the Charlestown branch of the Boston Public Library for its After school Crafts Club from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. for a make-and-take craft activity.
