Neighborhood Meeting: 22 Cedar St., 31 Mount Vernon St.

The Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services has scheduled an abutters meeting regarding a proposal to erect a third-floor addition to a one-family dwelling, extend the rear of the building and erect a head house at 22 Cedar St.; and a proposal to extend living space into the basement and attic, erect a roof deck on existing Ell, erect a new entrance for lower unit and renovate at 31 Mt. Vernon St.

This matter will go before the Zoning Board of Appeal on May 7.
