Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital will celebrate its grand opening at the new location at 300 First Ave. in the Charlestown Navy Yard with a free Community Health Fair and Open House on Sunday, April 21 from 1-5 p.m.
The community is invited to come participate in hospital tours, health and wellness activities and children's programs and enjoy healthy snacks.
Special guests will include Karson Tager from Mix 104.1FM's "Karson & Kennedy In The Morning" and players and mascots from the New England Patriots and New England Revolution.
