Mingle with neighbors and elected officials, and welcome back John Moore from the Navy Yard Bistro. There will be a cash bar and complimentary appetizers. This year, awards will be given to Dr. Carol R. Johnson, superintendent of Boston Schools, and Tom Cunha, president of the Charlestown Neighborhood Council.
