Transportation:

  • Shuttle bus service will operate to and from South Station, and along Summer Street and East 1st Street in South Boston from the hours of 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Another option for parade-goers is Red Line train service to South Station, Andrew Station and Broadway Station.

Parking info from the Department of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR):

Castle Island parking lot OPEN to vehicles with valid South Boston Resident Parking stickers at 7 p.m. Saturday until 10 p.m. Monday.

Castle Island open to parking for ALL visitors on Sunday at 7 a.m.

Day Boulevard, both sides, parking allowed from Bayside Expo Center to Farragut Street from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. on SUNDAY ONLY.

Sugar Bowl parking area CLOSED from Saturday, March 14 at 10 p.m. to Sunday, March 15 at 7 p.m.
