At Least 30 Displaced, One Firefighter Injured In Chelsea Fire
Firefighters say the large multi-family home on Blossom Street is a total loss.

CHELSEA, MA — A fire broke out in a Chelsea multi-family building early Tuesday morning.
Crews responded to a report of a fire around 1 a.m. Tuesday to find a large duplex on Blossom Street completely engulfed in flames. Officials say the fire was starting to spread to the building next door, but firefighters were able to contain it before it
Firefighters say at least thirty people are displaced and the building is a total loss. The fire was eventually put out.

One firefighter was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to be okay.
Investigators assigned to the State Fire Marshal’s Office are working to determine the cause of the fire.
