I got these photos from Robyn Coulter who, with her husband Boots Crossley and son Connor, live in the Navy Yard. Boots takes their young son for a walk every morning at around 6:30 a.m. For the last week or so, they have seen this seal, laying out on the Courageous Sailing dock. Robyn told me that Connor loves seeing him and "they seem to have a sort of connection ... Connor grunts and the seal lifts his head politely in acknowledgement." These photos were taken last Thursday around 6:45 a.m.  Have you seen the seal?
