Police Log: Teens Attack Cab Driver with Paintball Gun

These reports were submitted from the Boston Police Department and took place within Charlestown's District, A-15. The time and place of the alleged crimes are listed. Persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Oct. 10: Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
A victim on Walford Way reports while dropping of a fare, a group of teens approached his cab. One of them produced a paint ball gun and fired several projectiles at his taxi. Suspects fled prior to police arrival. No descriptions were available.

Oct. 12: Drug citation.
As a result of an investigation on Medford Street, an individual was issued a citation for possession of marijuana.

Oct. 13: Home break-in.
A victim on Medford Street reported that upon returning home she saw that someone had forced open the courtyard window and entered her home. A flat screen TV and a laptop were taken.

Oct. 14: Robbery (unarmed).
A victim on Walford Way stated that while in front of his home a white male approached him, punched him in the face, and stole $300 from him. The suspect is known to the victim. Detectives are investigating.

Oct. 15: Shots fired.
Officers responded to Devens Street for a report of shots fired. Officers spoke to witnesses who stated they did not see or hear anything. No ballistic evidence was found. no personal/ property damage at this time.

Oct. 15: Larceny in a building.
A victim on Mystic Street told officers that a person he had hired to work on his home and then fired returned and removed three HVAC units. Matter is under investigation.

Oct. 15: Warrant arrest.
Officers on Austin Street placed an individual under arrest for outstanding Worcester court and Westborough court warrants.

Oct. 15: Robbery.
A victim reported to police that he entered a home on Carney Court and was jumped by several males who stole his cell phone and cash. The victim was unable to provide a description of the suspects. Detectives will investigate.
